Job summary

Kpler is seeking a Customer Success Intern to support the Digital Customer Success team in onboarding Tier 3 customers and ensuring ongoing value from Kpler products. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to adoption and scalable education.

The role emphasizes curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort with data as you help drive customer success within a global SaaS and data intelligence business.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data, or analytics).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English with a customer-focused approach.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn about SaaS products and markets.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding of Tier 3 customers to ensure successful product adoption.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with accurate guidance.
• Monitor usage and health indicators, flag adoption gaps or risks.
• Support health reviews, usage reporting and CRM documentation.
• Contribute to engagement initiatives like webinars and campaigns.
• Create and maintain onboarding materials, guides and tutorials.
• Collect feedback and identify recurring questions to improve experience.
• Collaborate with CS, Support, Sales, Product and Marketing teams.
