Job summary

Storytime, a creator marketing platform, seeks a Customer Success Intern in New York, NY. You will onboard restaurant and business clients to the Storytime platform, helping them get set up, see early value, and gain confidence in the product.

This summer role involves 10–12 weeks of hands-on onboarding with mentorship and hybrid work options. Responsibilities include guiding clients end-to-end, conducting onboarding calls, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with product/ops to resolve

Responsibilities

• Guide new restaurant and business clients through onboarding end-to-end.
• Conduct onboarding calls and check-ins for client success.
• Maintain client status records in the CRM.
• Identify onboarding friction points and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with product and ops to resolve issues quickly.
• Help build onboarding materials, guides, and templates.
