Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a part-time or full-time college student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field (entering junior or senior year).
• Must reside in or be enrolled in Texas, Florida, New York, or Massachusetts.
• Available to commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week for the duration of the internship (Summer 2027).
• Proficiency using a personal computer and tools including email, web tools, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Client Services team on day-to-day client accounts, operations, and administrative tasks.
• Execute ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support tasks as assigned by team members.
• Learn client onboarding and lifecycle processes across email, digital, and data services.
• Participate in internal meetings and client calls to observe account management and relationship-building.
• Assist in mapping key client processes and contribute to internal documentation.
