Job summary

U.S. Xpress, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to solicit freight orders from a designated customer base and enter them into the XPM system.

You will build strong relationships, monitor load statuses, and proactively communicate any service deviations to customers. The role requires high school completion and 2+ years in transportation, admin, sales, or service. Candidates should be adept at multitasking, using Microsoft Office, and coordinating with capacity buyers and load

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based tools.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and shifts in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Solicit freight orders from customers via phone, email, and web platforms.
• Enter freight orders into XPM New Order Management System.
• Maintain customer relationships and monitor service levels.
• Communicate deviations and coordinate with service teams to resolve issues.
• Assist in training Customer Experience staff and monitor freight availability.
