Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Own booking decisions and manage loads to maximize revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for freight growth.
• Lead and participate in customer calls and meetings as the face of the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Mentor Account Representatives and train on account specifics.
