U.S. Xpress is seeking a Manager, Customer Account to own tender decisions, maximize revenue, and manage a book of business with commitment to service and growth.

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to unlock freight order volumes and foster long-term partnerships. You will lead customer calls and meetings, coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues, and mentor Account Representatives while ensuring compliance and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in Customer Service, Administration, Logistics, Data Entry, or Transportation preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to mentor and train team on account specifics.

Responsibilities

• Own book of business and make tender decisions to maximize revenue.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships to grow freight orders.
• Lead customer calls and meetings as the face of U.S. Xpress.
• Monitor freight orders, seek alternatives to prevent service failures.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
