Job summary
Veeam Software is seeking a Customer Success Engineer in Germany to own onboarding, adoption, and long-term outcomes across the Veeam Data Platform. You will drive successful deployments, optimization, and measurable value for enterprise customers.
In this role you will analyze environments, propose protection plans, conduct recovery simulations, and report resilience progress to senior stakeholders, while collaborating with Sales and CS to protect ARR and growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in customer-facing engineering roles.
- Advanced English and German.
- Hands-on DR/R best practices experience.
- VMCE certification required.
- Experience with Veeam Data Platform is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and adoption for enterprise customers.
- Identify churn risk and renewal opportunities with technical insights.
- Develop and execute protection plans and recovery simulations.
- Collaborate with Sales and CS to influence roadmap.
- Communicate with CISO/CIO stakeholders.
- Deliver quarterly resilience reports.
