Job summary

Arrow Electronics in Denver, Colorado is seeking a Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end content ecosystem that drives user adoption and showcases customer ROI. You will empower our internal Customer Success and Sales teams and shorten time-to-value through compelling narratives and proven enablement programs.

This role combines technical writing, training, and customer marketing.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4 year degree, or 3 years and an advanced degree.
• Experience in content creation and project management within a SaaS/electronics context.
• Knowledge of the electronics supply chain and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project timelines and outcomes.
• Stakeholder management—maintains open communication with leadership on risks and issues.
• Creation of project-related process documents.
• Assist in training new and existing employees on related policies and procedures.
• PMP and Green Belt certifications are valued.
• Provides guidance to junior staff and improves internal processes.
