Job summary

Arrow Electronics is hiring a Customer Success Content & Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end content ecosystem that drives user adoption and customer ROI. You will empower our CS and Sales teams with enablement materials and training to prove ROI and accelerate time-to-value.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, manage projects and timelines, and produce scalable documentation while guiding modernization of customer communications in a SaaS-enabled supply chain context.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in content creation, enablement, or marketing within SaaS or tech.
• Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of GDPR and customer marketing compliance.
• Ability to translate customer insights into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content ecosystem that drives user adoption and ROI.
• Lead internal training for CS and Sales on ROI proof and outcomes.
• Manage project calls, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Create process documents for the content ecosystem.
• Support new-hire training and policy rollouts.
