What you'll do:
  1. Build meaningful relationships with customers and key stakeholders by learning about their business, understanding their goals, and making impactful recommendations.
  2. Partner with customers to develop strategies for higher performance and ROI on the platform.
  3. Educate customers to become Vumedi experts and understand the value of digital peer-to-peer education.
  4. Lead the development, management, and execution of Vumedi's customer programs, tracking deadlines, communicating updates, and exceeding customer expectations.
  5. Identify and forecast expansion opportunities and collaborate with sales to close these opportunities successfully.
  6. Maintain detailed CRM records to document customer status and updates.
  7. Achieve or exceed renewal rate targets across assigned accounts.
  8. Engage key stakeholders regularly to communicate ROI and reinforce the value proposition.
  9. Be an industry expert and partner cross-functionally to provide solutions and advocate for your customers.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and goals.

Who you are:
  1. 10+ years of customer success or account management experience.
  2. Highly consultative, business-savvy, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Experienced with large, complex enterprise accounts involving multiple projects and stakeholders.
  5. Technically savvy, familiar with data integration, and eager to learn new systems.
  6. Interested in healthcare trends and proactive in delivering innovative solutions.
  7. Empathetic to customer needs and committed to helping them achieve their goals.
  8. Self-starter, confident in autonomous environments, capable of making informed decisions.
  9. Engaging presenter and attentive listener.
  10. Willing to travel to customer locations as needed.
Additional Desirable Experience:
  1. Experience in a growing small to mid-sized company.
  2. Background in healthcare, pharmaceutical advertising, or digital marketing.
  3. Experience with CRM tools like Tableau, Jira, Workfront, Salesforce.
  4. Project or campaign management experience.
