Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator in Jefferson City, Missouri to manage the customer journey from order acceptance through shipment and after-market services.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production Planning to meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness expectations, acting as the voice of the customer to drive satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work onsite in Jefferson City, Missouri.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus.
• Understanding of general accounting principles and business processes.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and support the clean order initiative.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure accurate and timely drawing package delivery.
• Manage change orders and maintain effective communication across multiple departments.
• Build strong customer relationships while serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Support revenue goals by reducing shipment holds and proactively managing orders.
• Handle return authorizations, customer concessions, milestone billing, and invoice follow-up activities.
• Communicate shipment schedules and resolve potential delays before they impact customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through lean methodologies and process enhancements.
