Talentify in Enfield, CT is seeking a proactive Customer Success Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire. The role pays $22.75 per hour, with a Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM schedule in a professional office environment that offers paid training and clear career growth opportunities.

You will be the primary customer contact, handling inquiries, processing service requests, resolving billing questions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, administrative support, retail, hospitality, banking, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems and technology quickly.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and inquiries.
• Assist customers with account information, scheduling, and service requests.
• Research and resolve billing inquiries and account concerns.
• Enter and maintain customer information accurately within company systems.
• Document customer interactions and service updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
• Follow up on open customer requests.
• Provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
