Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a call center in Connecticut. A successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.

You will handle high volumes of calls, assist clients with courtesy, create and update orders, and help resolve questions and issues quickly. Weekly pay and medical benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service setting.
• Strong communication both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume of incoming calls
• Assist customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Create purchase orders, update client information in system
• Manage client accounts and support in technical issues
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly
• Update internal databases while fielding calls from customers/clients
• Answer pertinent questions to service the caller
