Job summary

Esri is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to customers worldwide and act as a trusted partner across teams. You will help ensure seamless interactions and contribute to operational excellence while supporting growth within the Customer Service organization.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and the ability to learn new tools. Visa sponsorship is not available; U.S. work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional or customer service experience in a similar position.
• Effective communication, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to research issues and manage complex customer inquiries.
• Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism.
• Ability to learn new concepts and software quickly and adapt as priorities change.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
