Job summary

Winsor Co. in New Jersey invites a customer service representative to join our Piscataway office. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build product knowledge to drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset, strong written and verbal communication, and experience with CRM systems. This virtual company serves the greater NJ area with some in-person work and requires weekday hours 8AM–5PM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in supporting client success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to address complaints with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
• Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer communications via calls and emails.
