The TemPositions Group is seeking a Customer Success Associate for a high-volume, front-office role in Central Islip, NY. You will be the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and visitors, handling inquiries, order updates, deliveries, and payments in a fast-paced environment.

With 2+ years of customer-facing experience, you will communicate clearly, manage priorities, and collaborate across departments.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Calm and professional with difficult customers.

Responsabilités

• Handle a high volume of customer calls and walk-in traffic.
• Provide updates on orders, deliveries, and pickups.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer needs.
• Process payments and customer paperwork.
• Maintain accurate follow-up and communication.
• Manage multiple priorities while staying professional with difficult customers.
• Support additional customer success and administrative responsibilities as needed.
