Job summary

Taylor Corporation is seeking a customer-focused professional to manage customer needs from start to finish, resolve issues, and coordinate across teams. You will build strong relationships through clear, consistent communication.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, on-site in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complaints and escalations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new systems and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all customer communications (written and verbal) professionally and proactively.
• Answer questions and guide on product options, pricing, order status, and custom orders.
• Process reprints, apply credits, and resolve quality/service concerns for timely order completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular follow-up and communication.
• Handle escalations and concerns with ownership across systems and functions.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
