Job summary

Taylor Corporation, at the North Mankato MN facility, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers via email and phone, answering pricing, order status, inventory questions, and more.

You will support and consult with customers to provide recommendations and solutions, monitor high-priority orders, and collaborate with teammates. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm, in a team-oriented environment with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and analytic problem-solving
• Work well independently as well as in a team
• Microsoft Office experience
• Spanish language skills preferred

The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
