Job summary

Reltio, Inc. seeks a Customer Architect to build strong customer relationships and maximize value from our Context Intelligence Platform.

You will address Strategic Technical Alignment, Operational Excellence, and rapid issue resolution while advocating for customers with product and engineering teams. You will collaborate with customers to design architecture, deliver workshops, and coordinate cross-functional responses to complex technical challenges.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years in technical support or customer-facing roles for enterprise SaaS products.
• 3+ years with public clouds (AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud services.
• 3+ years with REST APIs and integration tools.
• 3+ years with on-premise or cloud MDM solutions.
• Experience with observability/monitoring tools (LogDNA, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Strong collaboration with product management and engineering to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert on Reltio platform capabilities for customers.
• Present architectural designs including integration approaches.
• Deliver workshops and advisory services for best practices.
• Collaborate with customer engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer tickets, resolutions, and enhancement requests.
• Own escalation paths and coordinate resources for timely resolution.
• Provide proactive guidance based on industry trends.
• Ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Engage in executive reviews and CSAT/NPS surveys.
• Translate customer needs into documentation and product requests.
