Job summary

Filtrous Inc. is hiring a Customer Support Representative to own post-sale relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. You will guide new accounts through onboarding, drive retention, and spot opportunities to increase spend while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

You’ll monitor customer health, collect feedback, and turn happy clients into advocates, case studies, and referrals. This role is based in Austin, TX, with in-person responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM/CSM platforms and data-driven customer insights.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized with a process-driven mindset and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers within 30–45 days and ensure value realization.
• Own retention, lead renewals, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor health metrics and proactively engage at-risk accounts.
• Generate case studies, testimonials, and referrals quarterly.
• Manage accounts receivable and coordinate with teams on balances.
• Place orders for customers and perform proactive service calls.
