Dynatect Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advocate to thrive in a fast-paced setting and help build exceptional customer experiences. You will manage orders, assist with pricing, and coordinate delivery timelines while collaborating with sales, engineering, and production teams.

This role focuses on problem solving, data accuracy, and continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service, inside sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• ERP or database experience preferred.
• 2- or 4-year degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support customers with new orders, order status updates, pricing requests, and shipping inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams.
• Manage customer orders from quote to shipment.
• Coordinate expedite requests and help keep customer deliveries on track.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Sales to resolve customer concerns.
• Process warranty claims, returns, credits, and refunds.
• Manage customer approval drawings and documentation.
• Support customer portals and ensure accurate order information.
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for both our customers and our business.
