Job summary

TestGorilla is seeking a remote Renewals & Negotiations specialist to own the end-to-end renewal cycle for self-serve and mid-market customers. You will manage pricing, billing discussions, upgrades, and migrations, while leveraging AI agents to handle routine renewals and address exceptions.

Ideal candidates bring commercial acumen, renewal negotiation experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. This fully remote role supports US business hours and includes a remote work budget and benefits.
