Blue Acorn iCi seeks a Customer Success Advisor to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success across Adobe Experience Cloud customers. The role blends advisory, value measurement, stakeholder engagement, and account stewardship to accelerate customer maturity and support retention and expansion.

Remote within the United States, the advisor will lead client relationships, translate goals into value programs, monitor ROI and adoption KPIs, and collaborate with Sales and the Adobe

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6-8 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or consulting experience.
• Experience with value realization, ROI, and success metrics.
• Ability to translate data into insights and facilitate workshops.
• Experience with customer success tools such as Gainsight.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of change management.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships and monitor health, adoption, and sentiment.
• Define value realization programs with metrics and milestones.
• Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with Sellers and the broader Adobe ecosystem.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders and document value updates.
• Troubleshoot adoption issues and escalate major problems when needed.
