Job summary

Anthropic is seeking an experienced Customer Marketer to build out customer stories across Claude deployments. You’ll identify verticals, create compelling narratives, and partner with Sales to turn customer value into referenceable stories and flagship announcements.

You’ll work with Communications and product teams to time milestones and expand storytelling across industries, while building early wins into scalable programs that can reach a broad audience.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal storytelling abilities.
• Experience building lasting relationships with executives and business leaders at large enterprises.
• Proven track record turning customer milestones into announcements and press moments.
• Data-driven approach to measuring and improving program impact.

Responsibilities

• Own customer storytelling for a subset of Industries portfolio from identification to distribution.
• Identify and prioritize new verticals and build the story pipeline.
• Build a bench of referenceable customers and stories in new industries.
• Nurture relationships with customer executives and champions to foster advocacy.
• Partner with Sales and account teams to validate storytelling readiness and develop advocacy plans.
• Collaborate with Communications to time customer announcements and press moments.
• Work with brand and creative teams on video series and high-visibility moments.
