Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to surface customer voices across regions and segments, tying proof to top priorities. You’ll identify customers who can speak to launches and turn their stories into formats that work across channels, often under tight timelines.

You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Brand, and Writers, translating customer feedback into messaging that lands with buyers and guides major model and product announcements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in B2B marketing, with time in both product marketing and customer marketing.
• Experience in AI or developer tools.
• Background in journalism or editorial.
• Background in Product Marketing or Messaging.
• Written keynotes or LinkedIn posts for executives.
• Run message testing or win/loss interviews to learn what buyers respond to.
• Worked with Comms or analyst relations on announcements that featured customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer evidence strategy for top priorities.
• Bring what customers are telling us back to Product Marketing and Sales.
• Stand up new programs as company priorities shift.
• Lead the customer plan for major model and product launches.
• Partner with Brand and Creative on which customer stories anchor campaigns.
• Build proof point libraries and enablement around key messages for account teams.
• Shape the customer narrative executives use in keynotes, posts, and conversations.
• Prioritize customer asks and coordinate with Comms, Legal, and executives for approvals.
