Responsibilities

Engage with customers through various channels to manage orders and ensure seamless fulfillment.
Answer calls within 2 rings and process returns.
Assist walk-in customers where applicable and set up eCommerce processes.
Maintain and manage customer and ship-to data; handle deliveries and notes.
Cross-sell and upsell to drive growth and loyalty.
