Zusammenfassung

McElroy Metal is seeking a Service Representative at the Orlando Service Center to assist customers with purchases, determine needed materials for buildings, prepare job cost estimates and enter work orders. Light warehouse duties include loading/unloading trucks and bending trim.

The role reports to the Service Center Manager. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, basic construction knowledge, experience with computers, and about one year of general office experience.

Qualifikationen

• Basic construction knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge and experience working with computers.
• One year of general office experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Receives and accurately processes orders for contractors, retail customers, and distributors.
• Makes sales to retail customers, contractors, distributors, and industries; collects monies and maintains bank.
• Does take-offs on buildings for all customers that need help with procedures and material lists for mini storages, residential roofs & commercial standing seam roofs.
• Receives and investigates customer complaints, problems or questions and otherwise assists customers by offering insight into what materials are used for a particular project or application.
• Processes credit/debit memos.
• Load customers, and unload incoming trucks.
• Break flashings for customers as needed.
