Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role.
• Stellar organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities and computer skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of inbound calls and emails while remaining friendly.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal); bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions (50-70 calls/day) and emails.
• Process requests: order entry, status updates, pricing, availability, returns.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to meet needs.
