Job summary

GuideStone is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist to join our inbound call center team in a hybrid work environment in the United States. You will deliver superior service to GuideStone members and help explain retirement plans, investments and related tax and legal issues.

You will also promote our products, mentor new employees, participate in special projects, and work toward licenses such as FINRA Series 6 and 63 and the CRPC designation as part of career development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to GuideStone members
• Educate members on plan features and articulate retirement, tax and legal issues
• Explain Mutual Fund Investment vehicles and portfolio options
• Promote GuideStone products through cross‑selling
• Take on special projects including mentoring new employees
• Develop into a promotional career path
• Obtain the FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses
• Acquire the CRPC designation
