Job summary

Parts Town is hiring a Customer Solutions Specialist for a 2nd shift with hybrid work flexibility across Fort Wayne, IN and other U.S. locations. You will handle pricing, quotes, part identification, shipping, tracking, and returns while upholding our high-quality standards.

The role requires stellar communication, attention to detail, and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Training shifts start early; after a few weeks you’ll settle into the standard schedule with remote/hybrid

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience (in-person or phone).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent English communication; bilingual is a plus.
• Must have good internet at home and reliable broadband.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails daily.
• Process orders, pricing, status updates, and returns.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to meet needs.
