The role focuses on handling a high volume of inbound interactions while collaborating with customers, manufacturers, and internal teams to exceed expectations daily.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and reliable home internet.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pricing, quote generation, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls (50–70/day) and emails while delivering strong customer service.
• Collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments to meet needs.
