You will respond by phone, email, and chat; investigate needs; provide timely, knowledgeable support; develop a strong understanding of our services; follow procedures; and collaborate with the team, including a rotating weekend on-call.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, end-user, and internal support requests by phone, email, and text-based chat

• Develop strong understanding of the company's services and technology
• Follow established procedures, standards, and guidelines
• Assist teammates with ongoing projects and tasks
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and the overall customer experience
• Work collaboratively with team members while also managing responsibilities independently
• Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule
