Staffmark is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for a direct hire position in Geneseo, NY. You will assist customers, resolve concerns, and document interactions while supporting internal teams to deliver excellent service.

Requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and experience in collections or customer service. Training schedule is provided, with after-training flexible evening shifts and a focus on accurate record-keeping and compliance.

• Negotiate payment arrangements and escalate complex matters when appropriate.
• Accurately document all customer interactions, payment commitments, and account activity in company systems.

Now hiring for a Customer Service Specialist – Direct Hire
Location: Geneseo, NY
Must reside within commuting distance of Geneseo, NY.
Pay Rate: $21.48 – $22.68 per hour

Training Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Post-Training Flexible Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Employees select an 8-hour shift within these windows and are required to work one evening per week until 9:00 PM.

Job Duties

• Support additional administrative and collections-related tasks as assigned.
