Job summary

Abnormal AI in the United States is seeking a flexible technical resource to support the Technical Account Management team, focusing on short-term engagements for customers without a dedicated TAM. You will work closely with CSMs to assess needs and optimize platform usage.

You will document recaps and surface patterns for product improvement, leveraging strong triage judgment and excellent communication to ensure customer success in SaaS and cybersecurity environments.
