Encord is seeking a mid-level Customer & Solutions specialist in New York/San Francisco to own the front line of technical help for customers building computer vision and physical AI systems. You will debug Python and SQL, read logs and APIs, and explain fixes clearly to developers and senior business contacts.

You will juggle a mixed queue of small and large accounts while feeding recurring issues back to engineering and product and help elevate customer satisfaction through clear communication

Competenze

• Experience debugging Python and SQL in a production environment.
• Ability to read logs and APIs and explain fixes clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication with developers and business stakeholders.
