Responsibilities

• Identify issues with root cause analysis while maintaining issue logs for KPIs.
• Improve efficiency by troubleshooting problems and coordinating with departments to resolve them.
• Work cross-functionally to assist with research issues and ensure resolutions.
• Analyze current SOPs and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Act as internal SME for customer-facing Account Management to drive timely resolutions.
• Oversee priority requests and manage communication to meet projected timelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
• Serve as a company resource focused on customer needs and satisfaction.
