C2 Global Professional Services, LLC provides workforce and career services to communities in Texas and beyond. The CSR helps customers achieve their goals by connecting them with workforce services and referrals to our partners.

The role focuses on assessing needs, identifying opportunities, and advising on job-search resources, with a strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by telephone, virtually, or in-person to assess goals, provide information and assist job seekers.
• Review and identify job opportunities for customers and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Advise customers on local job market, employment services, resources, and resume development.
• Develop constructive working relationships with internal staff and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
• Contribute to Career Center performance goals and follow-up with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
