C2 GPS - Coastal Bend is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to serve in Corpus Christi, TX. The CSR will help customers access workforce services via the RESEA program and support reemployment efforts.

The role emphasizes relationship building, guidance on job opportunities, resume help, interview coaching, and collaboration with staff and partners. High school diploma or GED and Spanish-English proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Able to learn and use computers and office software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, virtual, or in person to assess goals and assist job seekers transitioning to a new position.
• Review and identify job opportunities and provide referrals to qualified candidates.
• Provide information on local job market and employment services, including resume development and interview techniques.
• Develop cooperative relationships with internal staff and external partners.
• Seek ways to improve workforce services to meet labor market needs.
