Job summary

Norris Tire & Auto Center in Champaign is seeking a Customer Shuttle Driver to help customers get to and from the shop while their vehicles are serviced. You’ll be the friendly face who delivers safe, on-time rides and great service.

Join a team under Left Lane Auto with growth focus and a people-first culture. You’ll work Monday through Saturday, drive safely, follow procedures, and coordinate with the store team to keep the day running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the shop.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during rides.
• Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, presentable shuttle vehicle.
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report issues.
• Coordinate pickup/drop-off times with store team.
• Communicate delays or changes to customers and team.
• Assist passengers with entering/exiting the vehicle when needed.
• Help with light shop duties between shuttle runs.
• Protect customer privacy and stay professional at all times.
• Represent Left Lane Auto positively in the community.

Where You'll Be

You'll be working out of one of our tire and auto service locations, helping customers get to and from the shop while their vehicles are being serviced. You'll spend much of your day on the road, so you'll need to be comfortable driving in a variety of weather and traffic conditions.

You'll also work closely with our service and store teams to coordinate customer transportation and help keep the day running smoothly. Hours will generally be Monday through Saturdays.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Shuttle Driver, you'll help create a positive experience from the moment a customer arrives at our shop.

• Safely transport customers to and from the shop
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout each ride
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle
• Perform basic vehicle safety checks and report any issues
• Coordinate pickup and drop-off times with the store team
• Communicate changes or delays to customers and team members
• Assist customers with entering and exiting the vehicle when appropriate
• Help with light duties around the shop between shuttle runs
• Protect customer privacy and maintain professionalism at all times
• Represent Left Lane Auto positively in the community
