Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Livermore seeks a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to service walk-in customers, process sales, and perform warehouse duties including receiving, loading/unloading, and order assembly. Forklift operations may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers, determine order requirements, answer inquiries, provide samples, assist with selection, complete sales transactions and payments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints (returns and order errors).
• Process payments and receipts, reconcile cash, prepare deposits, balance petty cash, and generate reports; update customer records and create vendor orders.
• Enter customer orders, create plant/RDC orders, and complete stock replenishment orders.
• Produce daily sales reports.
