Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support walk-in customers, process sales transactions, and handle material moves including receiving, loading/unloading, picking, and inventory checks.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• 1+ years warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service duties, assist customers in determining order requirements, complete sales transactions, and accept payments.
• Address and resolve customer complaints (returns and order errors).
• Process payments, reconcile cash box, prepare deposits, and update customer master files.
• Enter customer orders and stock replenishment orders, and create plant/RDC orders.
• Perform warehouse duties including picking/assembling orders, inventory checks, restocking and labeling vendor products.
• Operate crane forklift equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe facility and follow Safety Program policies.
