Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to support sales, assist walk-in customers, and manage material handling, order picking, and inventory checks. The role may involve forklift/crane operation and requires strong customer service and organization.

Base pay ranges from $20.45/hr to $25.51/hr at start, with potential bonuses and additional benefits included in the compensation package.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift Experience

Responsibilities

• Waits on customers, determines order requirements and answers inquiries.
• Resolves customer complaints (returns and order errors).
• Processes payments, reconciles cash, and updates customer master file.
• Enters customer orders, creates plant/RDC orders, and replenishes stock.
• Performs warehouse duties including picking/assembling orders and inventory checks.
• Operates crane forklift equipment and maintains a clean, safe facility.
