Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to assist walk-in customers, complete sales with material handling duties, and support inventory checks. The role may involve daily forklift/crane operation while ensuring accuracy in orders and timely service.

Base pay ranges from $20.45 to $25.51 per hour at start, with additional incentives and benefits depending on position, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience is required/preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Wait on customers and process sales transactions with payments.
• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, stock checks, and cycle counts.
• Receive and unload inbound material; operate crane forklift equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility and follow safety rules.
