Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate to join our TEAM. The role involves servicing walk-in customers, completing sales transactions with material handling, and performing inventory checks, order pulling, and packaging.

Daily use of forklift and/or crane equipment may be required. Expected base pay ranges from $20.45/hr to $25.51/hr at start, with individualized determination and potential for commissions, incentive compensation, bonuses, and other benefits depending on

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
• Forklift Experience.

Responsibilities

• Waiting on customers, assisting with order requirements, and completing sales transactions.
• Processing payments and receipts, and performing inventory stock checks.
• Entering customer orders, creating plant/RDC orders, and completing stock replenishment orders.
• Receiving and unloading inbound material, stocking material, and notifying management of damaged shipments.
