Job summary

VW of Olympia is seeking a friendly and energetic Customer Service Valet Porter to take outstanding care of customers. This full-time role supports service advisors with shuttles, valet deliveries, document scanning, and dealership upkeep.

The position emphasizes a positive attitude, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with room to grow within the dealership group.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a can-do attitude are required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Clean driving record and insurability under company insurance.
• Comfort driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers promptly and warmly.
• Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments.
• Drive service shuttle van and assist with drop-off/pick-up of customers.
• Work with the Service team to ensure a great customer experience.
• Prepare and scan documents; ensure accurate indexing.
• Maintain clean appearance of dealership and waiting areas.
