Job summary

VW of Olympia is seeking a friendly Customer Service Valet Porter to support service advisors with shuttles, valet deliveries, document scanning, and cleaning. This fast-paced role offers a chance to contribute to a standout customer experience at a busy dealership.

You will greet customers, handle shuttle duties, scan documents, and help keep the service area welcoming and tidy, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record and be insurable under the company’s insurance.
• Able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and noise.

Responsibilities

• Greets Service Customers promptly and warmly, establishing rapport with the customer
• Coordinate and provide valet pick-up service for scheduled appointments
• Drive service shuttle van and assist with drop off/pick up of customers
• Work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for customers
• Prepare documents for scanning
• Accurately and efficiently scan documents and verify they are indexed correctly
• Clean and maintain appearance of the dealership including customer waiting area, bathrooms, and break rooms
• Other duties as assigned by management
