DARCARS of Greenwich is seeking full-time and part-time Automotive Valets to support dealership service operations. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction through attentive vehicle handling, parking, and shuttle services in a busy showroom and service area.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and strong communication skills. This position involves standing, lifting up to 30 lbs, and may require operating manual vehicles.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
• Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift at least 30 lbs.
• Experience operating manual vehicles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct them to parking or retrieving their vehicles.
• Assist with service write-up and tagging of customer vehicles.
• Move client vehicles to and from the shop as needed.
• Provide shuttle service to customers when requested.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of service area.
• Report safety concerns to management.
• Comply with dealership policies and procedures.
• Support with debris removal and weather-related tasks.
• Contribute to efficient vehicle flow and customer satisfaction.
