Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking a customer account manager in the United States to focus on overall customer satisfaction, retention, and service excellence. You will handle inquiries by phone, text, and email while coordinating with teammates to deliver pest control solutions.

In this role you will support collections, drive upsell opportunities, and help schedule service technicians, logging information in our CRM and following established processes to build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supports collections efforts and identifies upsell opportunities.
• Logistical planning and routing of service technician schedules.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and SOPs.
