The successful candidate will manage staff, implement policy, deliver training, and partner with management to meet sales goals, while ensuring compliance and excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience in cash handling, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in cash drawer transactions and reconciliations.
• Draft, update, and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Interact with customers by phone, in person, and via correspondence to provide information.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with timely solutions.
• Enter data accurately and operate office equipment.
• Provide feedback to management on sales, scheduling and promotions.
• Back-up for Customer Service Manager when needed.
