Responsibilities

• Perform routine teller transactions (deposits, withdrawals, checks, payments, transfers).
• Balance cash supply and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Provide product/service referrals and information to customers.
• Identify and report potential fraud; refer complex issues to branch management.
• Assist customers with account reconciliations, statements, and check orders.
• Process regulatory reports and ensure compliance.
